Re-ran indent on all .c & .h source code files
...
Like so --
find . -name "*.c" -or -name "*.h" -exec indent -nbfda -npcs -npsl -bli0 --no-tabs {} \;
The `indent` invocation differs from the last one noted in
CHANGES.txt (from 2006!?), in that I've added "--no-tabs",
to ensure indents are all space-based.

Magic tools: Inline->static for android, corrected paths to avoid double slash which makes SDL2 not loading the stuff from assets.
...
Thoose changes were already in the SDL2 and android versions, they were reverted somehow...

Added colour option to blackandwhite and threshold magic tools. Since the blackandwhite tool is now the same as tint(with the exception that bandw handles tinting black in a better way) the blackandwhite tool was merged into tint.c and blackandwhite.c removed
