Similar to solid fill (classic mode), but allows freehand
filling of an area.

0dbdb35455 manpage updates ahead of 0.9.26 
Added more credits to manpage.  Avoiding word-wrapping
URLs and email addresses.  Saved out as UTF-8, rather than
Latin-1 encoding.
