Attempting to debug/fix SDL_Pango stuff.

Added icon for Kalidescope magic tool.
Added Canada map starter.
Added Japan map starter.
Improved comments near gettext() calls to improve POT and PO files.
Regenerated PO files and POT file.
Added .cvsignore to make sure tp_magic_api.h (which is generated) isn't noticed.

Color data is dynamically stored. This will allow loading from another source (e.g., a file). By default, copies what's compiled in via colors.h.

Fixed inconsistent spelling *again*. Yes, I know perfectly well that both 'gray' and 'grey' are valid spellings, Albert. (Gray was the old spelling used, which you didn't like?) But we'll have to choose *one* of them. Mixing two different spellings is just plain *incorrect*.

Reverted some changes. Fixed most of Albert's gripes. The yellow is no longer washed out. The orange is bright ('pumpkin'). The extra grey is back. Made the blue darker (but as dark as to be unusable, like the previous blue was, IMHO). Fixed spelling for consistency.
