Tux text draws new Sfx and Speak mini-buttons above Tux, when in Stamp mode. Sfx and Speak buttons (re)-play stamp sounds and stamp descriptions. ALT+S (mute/unmute) now draws Tux text (to make Sfx and Speak buttons appear/disappear) Improved Stamp tool description in docs. Added screenshot of Stamp size, mirror, flip controls in docs.
