Tux Paint "Magic" Tool: Rainbow Cycle

This is similar to Rainbow and Smooth Rainbow magic tools — it cycles through a
spectrum of bright colors, but only changes between strokes (after you release
and click or tap again).

This tool is operated in a freehand fashion.

This tool offers multiple size settings.
