Replace some icon PNGs w/ un-interlaced versions
...
Avoid STDERR messages on launch:
libpng warning: Interlace handling should be turned on when using png_read_image
(Except the fact that Tux Paint _itself_ saves drawings with
interlace enabled. :-/)

Added heptagon (7-sided) shape
...
Also, using floats more, allowing for proper heptagon support, as
well as a non-skewed starting angle for octagons (22.5 degrees).
