Mac OS X updates: Force Fontconfig to build font cache prior to splashscreen. Remove requirement for an administrator password/account by referencing fonts.conf file from application bundle rather than copying the file to '/Library/Application Support/TuxPaint'

Updates for 0.9.19 release. Added authorization code to permit Fontconfig files to be installed on first launch from a non-admin account. Fixed possible lockups in fullscreen mode when attempting to print.

Mac OS X updates: Fontconfig configuration files (fonts.conf, fonts.dtd) are now installed upon first launch. Added dialog box requesting user to wait while font cache is being built. Improved "About Tux Paint" dialog box. Added experimental speech synthesis support. Updated developer Read Me.

Mac OS X updates: Fixed typing in Mac print dialogs. Fixed endian issue so that printing from an Intel-based Mac no longer messes up colors. Added automatic scaling and orientation of image for Mac printing. Added menu items to Mac menu bar - New, Open, Save, Print, Page Setup, Undo, Redo. Use standard Mac arrow cursror rather than custom Tux Paint arrow cursor for more consistent look and feel.
