Add x/y pos to debug output of discarded motion events

...when they appear to be at the identical position as before.

Note - Also, using regular `printf()` temporarily, so the output
can be shown w/o building a DEBUG version.  (Sadie is testing
via a Linux package that builds from git master branch.)
