(All stamp descriptions are now in UTF-8. And the UTF-16 functions (unfortunately named '...UNICODE') weren't even being used!)

* Renamed some functions so that they now make sense.

* Removed HTML unescaping code.

* Removed unnecessary language selection code.

* Various other cleanups and fixes.
